Come on Aries, light my fire.

I love Aries, mostly because I’m all water, earth, and air, and have a lot to learn from these fiery bbs.

Aries is WILD. Aries is fun. Aries goes for it. Aries doesn’t overthink, or get tangled up in self-doubt. Aries has a quick temper, but a big, wide open heart.

In my experience, Aries is one of the most endearing signs of the zodiac and is easy to love—which might be because they are good at loving and accepting themselves.

While We’ve Got the Support of An Aries New MOon, It’s a good time to:

  • Strengthen our independence and overcome codependent tendencies.

  • Encourage the process of self-discovery and leadership potential.

  • Overcome indecisiveness and learn to act on our impulses.

  • Practice healthy assertiveness.

  • Learn to handle disruption in our relationships by focusing on our own inner peace.

  • Cultivate unconditional self-acceptance.

New Moon in Aries: Self-Care Checklist

✓ Channel your inner diva and turn up songs by Aries legends like Aretha Franklin, Mariah Carey, Maren Morris, and Lady Gaga.

✓ Assert yourself: Sign up for a self-defense class.

✓ Inspire yourself to take the risks you’ve been shying away from! Read Feel the Fear… and Do It Anyway, by Susan Jeffers, for motivation.

✓ Treat yourself to a facial.

✓ Stay cool: soothe your skin with an ice roller and chilled head wrap.

✓ Show some love to your scalp! Try a hair oil to nurture a thirsty head. Use a scalp massager to work it in and encourage healthy hair growth.
